Nov. 29, 2024, from 6 to 8 p.m., at Tutwiler Funeral Home, 365 Hancock Street Tutwiler. His celebration of life will be Sat. Nov.
30, at 11 a.m., at Union Grove Baptist Church, 2237 Highway 61, Clarksdale. Burial will follow at Pleasant Grove Cemetery Highway
6, Quitman County. Tutwiler Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements.

Though many seem to believe it so, there is no evidence that it was and more than a little evidence that it was not. Two of the
most prominent founders, Benjamin Franklin and Thomas Jefferson, either seriously doubted or outright denied the divinity of
Jesus. Doubt is plenty to render one a non-Christian, though.

ANOTHER THANKSGIVING

And just like that, another Thanksgiving rolls around. How time flies. Older people like me will tell you that as they get older,
time seems to fly by. Technically, this is correct. The universe is expanding at an ever faster rate, so time is indeed moving
faster now than when you were younger. But human time is really measured by the number of new experiences you encounter. during a
given period of physical time. When you are young, everything is new and different and time seems to last forever. As you age,
there’s not that much new under the sun, so time seems to move faster.

JACKSON, Miss. (AP) — Medical marijuana businesses in Mississippi don’t have the right to advertise on billboards or other places
because marijuana itself remains illegal under federal law, an appeals court says.
